One suggestion: The "press C to level up" message is hard to read on the low-res model. If that could be changed, it would be helpful.
Otherwise, -wow-, it brings back major memories of droning away hours playing DOOM in high school.

The game does work, but a cannon game in itself is not original. Unfortunately, cannon games have been made firing tanks, balls, people, fruit, monkeys, etc. For a good cannon game, you need something smashingly original.
